| What are the BFH Financial Requirements? |
| We ask that the candidates have a minimun net worth of $250,000 of which $65,000 is liquid assets.
The estimated investment to open a BFH retail store ranges from $200,000 to $600,000. This includes franchise fees, store set-up, stock and working capital. These costs vary depending upon, store location, store size, stock volume, etc.
Your initial franchise fee is $35,000. This fee provides you with consultation with site selection, lease negotiations, store design and layout, management, product and sales training, marketing and brand services, assistance with grand opening, website presence, accounting and POS systems support, and much, much more….
A unique component to our franchise system is the opportunity to purchase from our Building For Health distribution company, one source for over 6000 products. Making our program easy for you to have one stop shopping for your entire store stock. This makes ordering simple, easy and allows you the ability to focus your efforts toward sales and customer service.

| Our Selection Process: |

Step 1:
Complete our Free Initial Information Form.
Step 2:
After review of your form, we will contact you for a phone interview.
Step 3:
If you and BFH decided to proceed after the phone interview, you will recieve our Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
Step 4:
Upon approval of your Questionnaire you will be contacted to schedule a visit to our corporate offices (Travel expenses will be covered by you).
Step 5:
Once you have visited our corporate offices, you will be required to complete our Formal Application for Franchise Ownership form and sign our Franchise Disclosure Document.
Step 6:
Upon approval of your final application, you will sign the Franchise Agreement, and be awarded your franchise.
